We provide a safe and welcoming place that enhances community spirit and celebrates the positive. Our programs support building strong connections within the community, between community and other services and between BNC and other services. Board and staff focus on sustainability through proactive decision making and innovations. BNC provides a service that addresses social sustainability including human rights, fair labour practices, health, safety, wellness, diversity, equity, empowerment, community engagement, volunteerism, and more. Within the community we are cultivating local talents and skills and empower people in their community's decision making.
