Bairnsdale Recycling Enterprise Inc. (BREI) is a notforprofit social enterprise whose purpose is to advance social or public welfare by providing: · Employment and training opportunities for people of Bairnsdale and surrounds who are longterm unemployed; have a disability or face other barriers, through utilising resources bound for landfill. And to enhance the natural environment by: · Reducing the amount of waste going to landfill, thereby extending the life of landfill sites/transfer stations and supporting Gippsland councils and the community to reach minimal waste targets.
