ARACY is a health promotion charity. Our principal activity is to promote the prevention or the control of diseases in human beings (ACNC Health Promotion Charity). ARACY takes a strengthsbased approach to disease prevention helping to prevent or control the impact of physical and mental illnesses on children and young people through research, evaluation and innovation; advocacy; knowledge translation; and relational systems transformation. We use The Nest our wellbeing framework to inform this work. We grow, we develop, and we progress public knowledge about prevention practices and approaches to ensure that all children and young people thrive. In 2024 we did this by delivering webinars, reports, forums and presentations, consulting projects, training and professional development, sustained home nursing and more.
