Australian Friends of Asha For Slums Limited

Australian Friends of Asha made grants to support the Asha Society in India to improve health and education outcomes for people living in 91 slums in Delhi in which the Asha Society works Since the establishment of the higher education program in 2008, the Asha Society has supported over 3,500 young slum residents to complete school and progress to further education. Australian Friends of Asha enable graduates to pursue postgraduate study in Australia and provide support and infrastructure for tertiary students to study at Australian universities remotely in India.
