Australian Association of Cancer Care Incorporated

(a) the advancement of human health is the prevention of cancer and the relief of people suffering from cancer through (i) the provision of relevant and necessitous aid to cancer patients;(ii) the provision of relevant information and education to individuals, including cancer patients, carers and the public in relation to the prevention of cancer and appropriate care for cancer patients; and(iii) the promotion of exercise;(b) to act as trustee and to perform and discharge the duties and functions incidental thereto where this is incidental or conducive to the attainment of these objects; and(c) to do such things as are incidental or ancillary to the attainment of these objects.
