Australian Adaptive Leadership Institute LTD

In 2024, AALI delivered two programs of activity that contributed to its aim of supporting the professional development of leadership development and change practitioners: One formal learning event, a Learning Lab, in two streams: Stream A for earlier stage leadership development practitioners or those less experienced in adaptive leadership, and Stream B for more advanced practitioners. This program was held in Manly, NSW; and A series of V Cafes online events to provide a space for connection and professional development support for practitioners. During this year, AALI also continued the development of its new strategy.
