We provided variety of Active Ageing programs and activities to prevent our Senior members social isolation. during 2024 we organized health seminars to keep senior active and participated in some cultural event. Regular bimonthly newsletter containing health and aged care uptodate information and education services. We are also trying to establish home visiting services for isolated Japanese seniors. We promote our group's activities via Facebook to recruit young volunteers and members to support also understand our Active ageing programs. We are encouraging and provide opportunities that our members to share their life experiences and talent to the community via concerts, Events, luncheons.
