To provide on-going education to health professionals and other care givers about baby loss. 4. To educate the public about Sands Waikato and the services it provides and issues relating to baby death. 5. To promote implementation of health care policies that meet the Sands NZ Philosophical Statement, guidelines and policies. 6. To promote research into the causes and consequences of baby loss. 7. To network with other organisations that hold similar aims to Sands Waikato.
