To undertake such public benevolent works as this Trust or its Trustees may decide for relief of poverty, sickness, destitution, distress or misfortune, or for assistance to persons in necessitous circumstances and without restrictions based on race, belief or the like of any persons to whom such relief or assistance may be given.
