Right now this page shows what the charity register holds about Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve Board. Claiming it lets you tell your own story — what you do, who you help, how to reach you and how to give — so someone who finds you here sees your organisation as you'd want it seen.
Next, we'll email a 6-digit code to your charity's registered address to confirm you represent Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve Board. Type it in here, and filling in your profile takes about two minutes.

The goals of the reserve are to promote star-gazing and astro-tourism, to protect the astronomical research at Mt John Observatory, and educate the public about light pollution.
