The objects of the Board are: (a) To hold the Trust Fund for the religious, charitable and educational purposes of the Society as from time to time determined by the Society including, without limitation, Saint Patrick's College of Silverstream. (b) To operate the College as a Catholic college in accordance with the education philosophy of the Society, as determined from time to time by the Provincial of the Society of Mary. (c) To exercise the powers and do all things that may be properly done by a Proprietor of an integrated school under and pursuant to the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975 and in pursuance of the terms of the integration agreement.
