To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Antrim and its environs of/in Antrim and Newtownabbey (hereinafter called the 'area of benefit') without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identify, class, marital status, political or religious opinion by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary and community sector organizations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance wellbeing with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and in particular: - to co-operate with any local authority or organization in the maintenance of a premises or Centre in the area of benefit for activities promoted by the Association (hereinafter called 'the Centre', The advancement of health or the saving of lives,The advancement of citizenship or community development
