3. Objects
The Objects of the Society shall be: 3.1 THE Society will comprise primarily stakeholders resident in Kaikoura and will foster a cooperative and integrated approach to achieving its objectives.
3.2 THE Society will produce an integrated strategy that incorporates Kaikoura’s coastal marine values and provides an ongoing kaitiaki role for the stakeholders.
