(2) To provide effective, professional, bespoke training and information sessions with a view to encourage an understanding of poor mental health, its consequences and the potential to help or support those impacted by it. (3) To create a space of safety for:- (a) People in mental health crisis to access specialist help and support. (b) Groups to meet with peers who have relatable experiences in a supported setting, providing them with the opportunity to share positive methods to overcome life events.
