Right now this page shows what the charity register holds about Te Aranga Marae. Claiming it lets you tell your own story — what you do, who you help, how to reach you and how to give — so someone who finds you here sees your organisation as you'd want it seen.
Next, we'll email a 6-digit code to your charity's registered address to confirm you represent Te Aranga Marae. Type it in here, and filling in your profile takes about two minutes.

The main purpose is to provide cultural and social support to all iwi commonly known as Mataa Waka (those from many canoes). The Marae helps the local community face challenges in life and breakdown the barriers which prohibits the advancement of equal rights and opportunity for local people. The Marae is available to the community throughout the year. Mainly this consists of Tangihana and Wananag. Te Aranga also distributes used clothing and fresh fruit/vegetables as they are sourced.
