Right now this page shows what the charity register holds about THE CHURCH ON THE BUS. Claiming it lets you tell your own story — what you do, who you help, how to reach you and how to give — so someone who finds you here sees your organisation as you'd want it seen.
Next, we'll email a 6-digit code to your charity's registered address to confirm you represent THE CHURCH ON THE BUS. Type it in here, and filling in your profile takes about two minutes.

Until Oct 2019 we operated a converted library bus but we now work from a church in Chesterfield and a Christian Bookshop in Matlock. We provide food, friendship, clothing, toiletries, sleeping bags, all with prayer when requested, to the homeless and disadvantaged. The food consists of soup, sandwiches, hot drinks, and provisions donated by Greggs. Our dedicated volunteers lead the sessions.
