Right now this page shows what the charity register holds about Te Ora Hou Aotearoa Incorporated. Claiming it lets you tell your own story — what you do, who you help, how to reach you and how to give — so someone who finds you here sees your organisation as you'd want it seen.
Next, we'll email a verification link to your charity's registered address to confirm you represent Te Ora Hou Aotearoa Incorporated. Once you've clicked it, filling in your profile takes about two minutes.

Our purpose is to enable the local and autonomous Te Ora Hou Centres to advance our shared vision of Māori wellbeing for rangatahi, whānau and hapori across Aotearoa. We do this through actively supporting the collective charitable aspirations of the Te Ora Hou Network of Centres (its Members) by (a) nurturing and protecting our Mauri (our agreed values and distinctives) and TOHATOHA (our indigenous, specific approach to practice), and (b) helping the regional centres to align themselves with the general strategic direction of the Te Ora Hou Movement as determined by the Network itself. TOHA provides the Network of Centres with resources, project funding, training and support. TOHA facilitates and co-ordinates collaborative initiatives between the Network of Centres on a range of projects to ultimately benefit the rangatahi and whānau they work with at a grassroots level.
