We want rugby to be a safe and enjoyable game for all to enjoy. We aim to make the game accessible to all girls, and we will do that by ensuring that girls recognise rugby as a fun game for them to try, ensuring cost to participate is never a barrier, and demonstrating clear pathways in the game for the future. We want our programme to be recognised as a positive sport environment where girls can grow their self-esteem alongside their rugby skills.
