The activities of the Company must be carried out exclusively for charitable purposes within New Zealand, including:
(a) the provision of support and assistance to the Marae Cluster in respect of education, health care, aged care and relief of those suffering from mental or physical sickness or disability;
(b) the development of community facilities for the benefit of the Marae Cluster; and
(c) any other charitable purpose as determined by the Board.
