(3) to promote racial harmony, equality and diversity in particular but not exclusively between young people in N Ireland and: a) young people in Africa by promoting awareness of diverse issues, spirituality and culture; b) young people from Africa and the Middle East who are refugees or seeking asylum in N Ireland by working together to provide personal and social development opportunities.
