(d) To raise money for the purposes of the Club by such means as the Club may determine, including the borrowing of money on the security of all or any assets of the Club. (e) To promote and assist matches, tournaments and social amenities between members, and between the club and any Club or Organisation devoted to the encouragement of Badminton or any kindred sports.
