In doing these things nothing shall be carried out for the private or pecuniary profit of any individual & as a trust we shall be & will remain a charitable body established & conducted for charitable purposes as defined in the Charities Act 2005 & the Income Tax act 2007 & any amendment or re-enactment of those acts.
