To provide opportinties and support for Maori and the wider community in the areas of training for employment, adult education and literacy, reading recovery, development, learning and obvserving Tikanga Maori and Wairua. To develop an awareness of Te Ao Maori. Te Ao Huri will operate in all matters in ways consistent with the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi. We are a multi iwi support group focusing on improving outcomes for the Maori community. Promoting culture and heritage, we develop relationships with many organisations and individuals to achieve outcomes.
