Aim: That City Kids is recognised as a leading, innovative early Childhood Educator and employer.
We believe in supporting, encouraging, and guiding the well-being and growth of each tamaiti with aroha through ako, manaakitanga, kaitiakitanga, and whānaungatanga. Our vision for City Kids is to create an inclusive, where tamariki feel nurtured, valued, and secure. We empower ākonga to be lifelong learners, with active engagement from whānau and the wider community. We are committed to the principles of the New Zealand early childhood curriculum, Te Whāriki, He Whāriki Mātauranga mō ngā Mokopuna o Aotearoa – the strands of the woven mat for the children of New Zealand.
Kaupapa/Philosophy: Aroha is our main principle.
