The Trust will: a) deliver a range of education and training programmes including GoodYarn Facilitator training; b) support trainees in the delivery of peer-led programmes which enable employees to talk about mental health and wellbeing with their colleagues in a structured and evidenced-based way; c) support organisations to create and embed mentally healthy work practices; and d) provide ongoing support and evaluation of programmes consistent with this charitable purpose.
