How to Claim Your Profile
The process takes about 10 minutes.
Step 1: Find Your Charity
Search for your charity by name or registration number at app.charitiesglobal.org/search.
Step 2: Request to Claim
Click "Claim This Profile" on your charity's page. You'll need to verify you're authorised to represent the charity.
Step 3: Verify Your Identity
We'll send a verification code to the email address on file with the Charity Commission. This ensures only authorised representatives can claim profiles.
Step 4: Complete Your Profile
Add your description, impact information, logo, and images. Make your profile compelling.
Step 5: Publish
Review and publish. Your enhanced profile is now live across all platforms using our API.
